A home made smoked Salmon pate, served with savoury biscuits and a fresh lemon and Champagne vinaigrette.

Buffalo mozzarella and vine ripened tomatoes, baked on a garlic crostini and drizzled with fresh basil olive oil.

SEAFOOD STEW     £ 4.95
An Asian style, spicy seafood stew, simmered with West Cork crab claws, mussels and fresh fish.

OYSTERS ON THE HALF SHELL     £ 4.95
Oysters served with a fresh lemon grass sorbet.

THE BAYBERY SALAD     £ 2.95
A mixed baby green salad tossed with marinated plum tomatoes, calamata olives, red onions, a balsamic vinaigrette and sprinkled with honey roasted pecans.

Confit of wild salmon with a fresh lemon and sundried tomato tapenade, accompanied by roasted garlic whipped potatoes.

Bantry Bay mussels simmered in white wine, fresh herbs and a light garlic cream sauce, served over fresh linguini.

FILLET of BEEF     £ 14.95
Garlic and fresh thyme studded grilled fillet of Irish beef, served with rosti vegetables, champ and a Madeira wine reduction.

VEGETABLE PARCELS     £ 10.95
East Indian spiced sauteed organic vegetables wrapped in filo pastry, served over fresh spinach, green apples and pinenuts, with a red curry aioli.

Grilled Dover sole with a red onion and lemon butter, accompanied by fresh herb roasted seasonal vegetables and potatoes.

Grilled breast of duck stuffed with pistachio nuts, bacon and croutons, with a raspberry and port wine sauce, served with a potato gallette over sauteed spinach, green apples and currants.

A Grand Marnier whipped, chocolate orange liqueur mousse, made of the finest bittersweet chocolate.

HOMEMADE ICE CREAM     £ 3.95
Selection of homemade pure dairy ice creams.
